The night before I was due to book into the room they contacted me at 10.30pm telling me that there had been a mix up with my room and I now was not staying in the Concorde executive suite I was now staying in the Eiffel room. As far as we are concerned, super recommended!Ībsolutely terrible place.

The phone and telecommand of the TV are to be requested at the reception. The only sin (which was not a problem for us) is that at night it is not a quiet area, just not having light sleep problems and nothing to revert. Reception h24 - a little date structure, small stairs and a little uncomfortable but essential room, small, a small closet and a mirror, but for the location and price, for two girls is super recommended! I never had the feeling of being in a bad area, at the evening of a full-fledged, but quiet, and not new, but also here, for the price it is fully presentable and useable. I stayed here with my sister during our holiday in Paris and I can say I was very happy with the choice made! Two-step structure from Moulin Rouge and its metro, 10 minutes walk from MontMartre, a spacious area, open mainly at night, a starbucks in front of the metro stop, then brewery, poke, hamburger, locals for all tastes + a large supermarket (also exactly at the out of the metro).

Moreover, I have so bad sleep because of bad sounding and oldness, following the television broadcast and the full conversation of another neighbor I forgot my ears, my dentist, my toothbrush and my telephone loader.😠😡 Don't go to this place, it deserves a message to the HYGIÈNE service. The worst thing is that he confirmed my words. I was tired, otherwise I would have been looking for another hotel. I finally got a card that served keys, and there before the show that confirmed my doubts, I ask the staff to accompany me: All is dirty, toilets, bathroom, walls, windows, draps, earrings, floor 🤮 Before my questions, I am answered that there is a problem with the household staff, I suppose it's been a long time!!!! The man changed the draps, gave me 2 towels, but I admit I had sleeped dressed without washing me. He goes down with bass towels and there I understand!!!! I never had such a welcome, while renting in hotels at €50 per night, and never seen so much dirt in the elevator, the corridors, etc. The young woman eating dates, The man ended up finding keys and climbing alone on the floors. Paris | 0.35km from city center When I arrived (a night booked for two months) a young couple was in the back of their room kitchen, it was hard to find my reservation (confirmed 5 days before my arrival). The hotel has no reception, just a door with a person and some dirty small broken stairs that lead up to the different floors. The shower was apparently new but the walls and floor were full of mold, and the visible pipes had just been painted and were full of dirt. Curiously, the room looked recently renovated but obviously the renovation was super cheap just to do a superficial fix. Tiny table, tiny open closet with two oversized hangers that did not fit, no place to leave your suitcase (I had to put it under the bed to be able to walk!).

Thin walls, lots of noise outside and from the neighbors - you could hear the water running down the pipes every time they used the bathroom. The heating worked non-stop and was broken so it could not be switched off, which meant that the temperature was unbearable and you had to open the window all the time. The (double) room was tiny (barely the size of the double bed), the bathroom is tiny with no shelf and with plenty of mold in the shower! Old and dirty.

Paris | 0.27km from city center I cannot understand how this hotel has 3 stars. A couple of English speaking news and music channels on the TV setup would be a good edition. The staff were polite enough but google translate was handy to overcome language barriers, my French is terrible and some of the staff only spoke French.

We didn't take breckfast at the hotel so can not comment.

In general the room and facilities done there job, but I think the hotel need to consider a general deep clean of rooms and update the decor. The shower itself was good, powerful water pressure and the water was always hot. The shower room was ok but looked in need of a revamp. Not the largest room we have stayed in but comfortable enough. This was dealt with pretty well and swiftly by the duty staff. We had a slight hiccup when booking in, with our booking agent not forwarding our full payment prior to our arrival. You can emerse yourself in the cafe culture and there is a pharmacy close by also. The local area is full of places to eat and drink. Easy access to the sights and landmarks of the city. Paris | 0.23km from city center Great location near the metro.
